Why is my new event not appearing on my website?

  • A scheduled import might not update immediately. It depends on the time of the import. Events may take 15-30 mins to update/display on website. 
    • Other things to check: 
      • Please be sure the event is published and not saved as a draft. 
      • Double-check the event date entered in the backend.
