Does your event image appear as a placeholder that is not the image you added when building the event?
This is usually due to the aspect ratio of the event image added via Ticketweb with an aspect ratio that’s not compatible with the Ticketmaster Discovery API.
It must be one of the acceptable aspect ratios below:
- 16_9
- 3_2
- 4_3
