There are a number of standard reports that can be pulled within an account. These reports can be used to track sales, gather customer information, view an account settlement as well as other account or event details. Reports can be pulled either on an event level (per event), or an account level (an accumulation of all/some events). Reports can be customized and filtered to only receive certain information or details, and can also be saved for easy repeat access. Reports can also be scheduled to be sent via email at specific times or on intervals such as a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Report availability is based on user-level permissions. If you don’t see a report that you would like to run, please contact a high-level user on the account.
